OpenNexus Inc. (the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect data subjects' personal information and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.
1. Personal information collected and how it is collected
The Company collects the following personal information through the inquiry form on its website.
- Required: name, email, message
- Optional: company name, phone number, estimated monthly ad budget, services of interest
- Collected automatically: IP address, access date and time, language preference cookie
- When using the chatbot: questions and conversation entered in the chatbot (and, if you choose to leave an inquiry, your name, email and message)
2. Purposes of collection and use
- Reviewing, replying to and consulting on inquiries about ad management, partnerships, careers and other matters
- Providing service proposals and related materials
- Preventing misuse and keeping the service stable
3. Retention period
Personal information collected through inquiries is kept for 3 years after the inquiry is handled and then deleted without delay. Where applicable laws require retention, it is kept for the period those laws specify.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the data subject's consent, except where the law specifically provides otherwise.
5. Outsourcing of processing
The Company outsources the following processing tasks to provide its services.

To carry out the outsourced tasks, the Company transfers personal information overseas as follows (Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act).

If you do not want your information transferred overseas, please use the inquiry form or email (contact@opennexus.ai) instead of the chatbot's free-text questions.
7. Destruction procedure and method
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Information in electronic files is permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery.
8. Data subjects' rights and how to exercise them
Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information. Email the privacy contact below and we will act on your request without delay.
9. Security measures
- Personal information is stored in a separate location that cannot be accessed directly from the web, and access rights are kept to a minimum.
- All communications are encrypted (HTTPS) in transit.
- Access logs are maintained and reviewed regularly.
10. Use of cookies
The Company uses only a cookie (onx_lang) that remembers the language you selected, and does not use cookies for ad tracking. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings.
